I went to Snap Fitness today and joined! I will see Brian (my personal trainer) for an initial consultation on Friday morning. I just need to not run every day and do some other things. So, I'm thinking I will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday and do something at the gym on Tuesday and Thursday. Saturday will be up in the air for now. Sunday will still be a day of rest. I will keep you updated, of course!

Congratulations! I think you will really see a difference and it will probably help with your strength.
I have nothing to report today. I was up at 1 am to do testing on our push to production. So I'm just not very energetic today. Back in gear tomorrow, though!
Big thunderstorms and hard rain here this morning but I had planned to take today off anyway. And tomorrow as I will have my initial consultation at Snap Fitness at 9 am tomorrow. I will be doing all the vacuuming here today though so that will be something! Cross training at its best.
