I'm Still At It

And it's going pretty well.  I have now run every morning for 2 weeks except for one.  Between .5 and .7 of a mile each time so nothing spectacular but it's coming along.  I'm also back to 35 push ups and 35 sit ups each morning so that's coming back, too.  I really want to be able to do another 5K in the fall somewhere so that's my goal.

still trying to do this

Since we moved I have been trying to get back in the groove.  Have now run 1/2 mile at 6 mph for 5 days in a row and hope to continue.  That's faster than I use to run and also doing push ups and sit ups again.  I don't want to give this up for good.

Here Again

So, this morning I finally got back on the TM and ran 3/4 of a mile.  Not a lot, I know, but a start.  Also did 25 sit ups and 25 push ups.
