Wisonsin!
Ran two miles today and walked one. With Ang!! Super cool. And then we went to the lake any played in the water and had a lot of fun. I'm worn out, let me tell you.
Weight is good. Eating is good. I was hungry before bed and had a few nuts. Cause I'm staying with nuts!

And boy were my arms tired!!!
I got great exercise today - 3 miles this AM and then hills at lunch. So, the ush. But now I am getting ready to fly!

I had a good run this morning. My time was about the same as usual, but it felt really good if you know what I mean!
I'm still in that 31:30 time for three miles. Hopefully I'll get motivated when I hook up with my running partner! That's you, by the way!
I did hills at lunch. It was hard because work was so busy, but I still left and took a break. I just want to make sure that I don't fall into a rut of skipping exercise because I'm too busy, whether it is too busy with work or too busy with school.

Doing it!
Before I go all crazy and try getting up at 5, I am going to try something better! Going to bed at midnight! I figure that I don't sleep when I go to bed and I hate getting up when my alarm goes off. I'm going to try and use that to my advantage. I'll let you know how totally dumb this idea is in tomorrows episode!
Good run this morning - it has been so cloudy, but no rain. Anyway, good run even though I had to wear my old school shoes!

Gravity
Was it just me or did gravity change today? I pretty sure that it was running parallel to the earth....and that I was running against it!
I really had a tough time today and had to constantly motivate myself! It was difficult not to take a break today. Especially this morning - it just finished raining so I had an excuse.
I did it though. Had decent time for a painful run. Did hills at lunch. Had to talk myself into doing all 7 repetitions though!
I can't believe it, but I ate healthfully all day too. It was difficult. I really thought of eating the food in our lunch room - but I didn't. I just at my healthy food that I brought - worms and all!
I forgot my gym bag at work! First time that has happened! Thankfully I have a pair of old running shoes here so GAME ON!

Oh, so lazy! Can't even get up and mosey over to my watch!
But I had a good run this morning and did some solid pushups after. I ran hills at lunch- I lost count though! I know for a fact I did 7 but I may have done 8. Let's go with 8!
Solid eating day as well, but I'm brussleS bitter! I picket some up at the FM on Sunday and they were full of little worms! Very gross and very bitter. Well, I'm bitter. I don't know about the worms...I didn't eat them! Actually I trimmed them down as much as I could and I think I was successful in avoiding worms when cooking. I guess I'll find out for sure tomorrow at lunch!
I'm considering making a major change. I am thinking of getting up at 5 rather then 6. Yep, I know. Also gross and bitter! But I'm so worn at night and I just don't feel like I'm retaining as much, study wise. Well, I'm contemplating. Not dedicated!

Good morning. Day off today so didn't get out of bed until 7. Was awake at 5 to 6 but refused to get up that early on Monday! Ran 2 miles this morning but took a different route. Went south on 180th to 140th and then east from there. Only problem is that hill on 180th coming back home! But I did it. We'll have to discuss our race route when you get here. I've been thinking north on 180th all this time and that's where I've put a stake at the 1.5 mile mark but there might be some other way. We'll take a drive next weekend when you're here. "Next weekend"...I like the sound of that!

Weekend
This is a super quick update. I had a good weekend but was so busy yesterday that I didn't run. Today I did though and it was good.
I did not intend to run today, actually. But I was at home feeling really anxious so I decided to burn off some energy. And it worked! I felt so much better when I got back!
Back to it full force tomorrow.

Good Morning
We went out to dinner last night, too! In a 1949 Plymouth! We went to the Drive In in TF and had hamburgers and fries! I could just see the calories entering my body. But I haven't had a mushroom swiss burger in more than 2 years so I said to myself, "what the hell!" and ordered it. Had some fries, too! So I'll pay for it I suppose but it was good and a fun time.
Another perfect morning here. Gorgeous. I only ran 2 miles this morning but did it in 19.26! Still wonder if that watch is right. Can't believe it actually. Wasn't trying to break any records and wasn't even thinking about it. But that's what it said.
Have a busy day here. Gardening, mowing, and still some sermon work to do for tomorrow. Hope you have a good day.

I had a really good run this morning. But, man, has it been cloudy! Which is to be expected, but they seem heavier. I know it isn't going to rain, but part of me still wonders every morning.
I also got back on track and ran hills today. I'm glad - it really felt good.
I went out to dinner tonight and about ate myself into a coma! I actually didn't eat that much but I just can't cram as much into myself anymore! I made pretty good food choices, too. Healthy (relatively speaking!) but still delicious!

Good Morning
Another gorgeous morning here. It was 58 when I left the house this morning, sunny, no wind. Just perfect. Couldn't be better. Ran (and walked) the 3 miles in 31.20 today. I feel pretty sure I could break 30 mins if I could just keep running. Gonna try it one of these days and see what happens. Might surprise myself. A lot of this is mental you know anyway! Have a good day.

Slacker!!
Well, not really. But I feel like one sometimes!
I had a really good run this morning. I was a little late this AM so I skipped doing squats! Haha!
I also did NOT run hills today! I had an errand to run. But I missed it. A lot. That has really become a welcome part of my day!
I ate healthy all day, too.
Funny - my weight has been really steady. But I feel like my size is getting smaller!
My brain is getting BIGGER though! I took my first quiz tonight and got 100% correct!

Good Morning
The treadmill got fixed yesterday so I ran inside this morning just to check it out and make sure it's working right. And it seems to be. Did a full 3 miles at 5 mph so it took 36 minutes. Therefore, I conclude that I must be running faster than 5 mph when I'm outside. Doesn't feel like I am but have to be if I'm doing the 3 miles in 32 mins or so and walking 2/10's of it. Hmmm.
In response to an earlier question somewhere: no, I don't eat anything before I run. I have one cup of coffee to wake up though!
Glad you are balancing homework and exercise! You have a lot on your plate now so it would be easy to skip the exercise.

Busy!
Hoo boy! Did I have a busy day today! But I made time for the stuff that is important to me - exercising!
I had a really good run this morning and then did pushups and lunges. Then I ran hills at lunch.
I didn't get home until, oh, 8:30. And then I did homework until now! I am a little behind in one class because I just got my text book in the mail today. And a little behind as based on my own schedule. What I completed tonight is actually due Friday. I just want to have good habits at the onset and not wait until the last minute.
So, that's my day! Now I'm going to bed so I can get up and do it again!

I forgot!
I forgot to post last night! I had a busy night and I am so worn out! Sounds like I need a vacation!!
I had a pretty slow run yesterday in the am. Not sure why. Then I did hills at lunch.
So, I did it. Just not really energetic about it! And I am so tired this morning. I really had to consider sleeping in vs. getting up.

Good morning. Got outside this morning for my run even though it was only 44 when I left the house. No rain though and no wind so it was fine. Did the 3 miles but still walking .2 in the middle. Guess that's the best I can do. Get to 2 miles and just hit the wall. Time was 31.33 so that's still pretty good I think. Have a good day.

Good Morning
Not good as far as the running goes but very, very good as far as the raining goes! Yes, it's raining! So, no I didn't run. Treadmill is still broken, too, which is bad news. They're supposed to be coming on Wednesday I think. I hope to get back out there tomorrow and get back in gear. But I am thrilled to be getting this rain. Have a good day.

I am so tired I could go to bed right now! Crazy.
I got up even before my alarm went off this morning, which I love. And, even better, I came out to start my coffee (yep, even beat the coffee timer!) and there was a humming bird sitting on my feeder! First time for that to happen. I got the feeder a couple of weeks ago. It is just a little suction guy on my kitchen window. I know it has been visited....I just haven't witnessed it yet!
So, I ran this AM. Of course. Good run and a good time. Then I ran at lunch today. Hills. That went really well. I feel like I'm getting a lot stronger at hills. That didn't make me run MORE, mind you!
I wore some different jeans today and I just though all day how great it was to be able to wear different things but also to feel good about myself. I'm really taking care of myself and doing healthy things for me. Feels good!

No running at lunch. It was my coworker's last day, so we had a good bye lunch for her.

I had a great run this morning! Why? I'm glad you asked!
First, I ran with ABBA. That just can't be beat. Second, I had about a block left to go and I looked at my timer, which I don't usually do. I have a couple of points where I always look at my watch to gauge my pace but I really try not to be obsessive about it. Anyway, I realized that I was in grave danger of my run bleeding into the 31 minute realm. So I really really kicked it into high gear and finished at 30:40! So there Zen masters! Being a slave to the clock works for me!
Also ran hills at lunch.
Boy, I was tired this morning. I went to bed at 9:30 last night, too! When my alarm went off I just had NO interest in getting up. I did though!

Time....what????
Well, I was surprised when I went to start my watch and I wasn't wearing the darn thing! I was pretty torn...I almost went back to get it!
I didn't though - I was 1.5 blocks from my house! It was a good run although I felt like it was slow. But I really would not know!! I did get back to the house at the "right" time.
Still taking it easy on my pushups, although I think my back issue is due to the fact that I've apparently been sleeping on my stomach! I did lunges too.
Also ran hills at lunch. It is just so good to get out of the office drama for a bit!
