Still At It

But I'll admit it's getting harder and harder to stay motivated.  I'm hoping nicer weather when we are in SC and FL will help with that.  But I continue to get on the TM most mornings and run some and also do my push ups and sit ups.

Back in the Game!

Paid a visit to European Fitness last night.  Really needed to do a lot of self encouragement to get there, but I did it. It was busy again, well, at least when I arrived.  Thinned out a lot within 30 minutes. 

Let's see.  I walked on the treadmill at an 8% incline for 30 minutes.  And then I did some weight lifting. 

We are having a grey and rainy day here so I plan on going again after work to get some walking in.

A couple updates!

I've been back to the gym twice now.  Both late visits.  Well, late in my world!  Maybe around 6:30 or so.  One night was treadmill walking (super incline!) and weights.  Last night was treadmill.  Both good visits.  I hope I can get into a routine with this again.

It's been very busy, cardio machine wise, on both of these visits!

Update

Yes, I'm still running 4 or 5 mornings a week and doing push ups and sit ups.  Trying to keep at it although it's suddenly hard for me to stay motivated.  Any excuse will do it seems for a day off.  Not today though.  Plan to go to Duluth tomorrow for lunch if the weather permits so might be a day off then.
