I only ran 2 miles this morning because it seemed like such hard work. My legs felt like noodles. I don't get it. I'm sleeping ok so that's not it. I guess yesterday's 4 miles in the humidity did a number on me. And my weight is up a whole pound this morning! That is very discouraging because I thought I was being so good yesterday about eating. Not that I starved myself but I didn't overdo it either. So, my day is not off to a very good start here.

That is really really frustrating. It's very possible that yesterday was the cause. Is it possible you're dehydrated?
I am super weight frustrated, so I can't help you there. Except to commiserate.
