Yep, gym again! Not too much to report except that it was darn busy there! I'm going to increase the weight for one of my exercises next time I go. My bench press, specifically.
Not too much else to report! I have to run early tomorrow because, dang, it's been hot. Only 85 (which, don't get me wrong, is way too hot for running!) but it sure feels hotter! It's funny but it seemed fine earlier and then, BAM, suddenly it was burning out!
Point being, I need to get it done early tomorrow.
