At it again

Day two! I ran a quick mile first thing - outside in the humidity. I'm very pleased with myself!

First time in two weeks

Oh I've been so miserable! Sick. Then Carter and I had a run in and I ended up with a serious bruise on the top of my right foot. That was last Sunday and, in fact, yesterday was the first time I've worn a shoe and not a sandal. So today I walked! It felt good. I'm very happy about it! Good to be back.
