Running
I've been mostly running, sometimes doing squats and pushups. Should do those more!
Went out to the lake today and had a really good run out there. Very cool today so it was good weather for running. Busy, too!
And my phone did change time again when I was there. So weird!

Catch Up
I have been so negligent here! I went to the Kroc Center 3 times but it is so warm on the upstairs level where they have all their TMs and other machines. So now I have been twice to Chuze Fitness and it is much more comfortable and many, many more machines. More people, too, of course, but I haven't had a problem getting on a TM. Yesterday I did 1.5 miles and today a full 2 miles without walking or stopping. First full 2 miles I've run since we left home and I felt good about it. So I will continue to go there. The people watching is so much better at Chuze, too!

Updates!
First update is that I have company! I'm really glad you have arrived.
As you know, cause I told you, I've been running. Ran out at the lake and, yesterday, I ran locally. Today and two days ago I did squats and pushups and planks. And walked. And I'm going for a walk today.

Good for You!
Glad to see you are "back at it." I am, too, sort of. Have had good runs the last two mornings but this morning we both slept late! Finishing that puzzle yesterday must have taken it's toll on us! Now time to be getting ready for church. Tomorrow, of course, will be a travel day for us. Leaving the house at 8 am but I will hopefully get back to it in California on Tuesday! See you very soon!

Two updates!
I ran yesterday and today. Yesterday was 3 miles and today I did 2. I just wasn't feeling a third so I didn't force it. I came home and did some squats and such. Tomorrow will be a day of rest - and driving! And I figure I have earned a day of rest because I've really been back at it hard since I have been feeling better.

I ran!
I'm excited to report that I've been for two runs now! Yesterday I can two miles. Thought I was gonna do 3, but I just lost all my spice around 1 and 3/4. Today I did run three. Slowed down that last half mile.
Did some squats when infot back and, boy, can I sure tell it's been awhile. Very challenging.
I'm really glad to be functional again!

Didn't last long!
I did fine on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday morning (yesterday) I woke up with the crud. Got on the TM but had to quit at a half mile because I was coughing already. Today I walked 15 minutes and felt exhausted by that. Hope this doesn't last too long.

New Year, New Start
At least I hope so. I did a full 2 miles on the TM this morning and 35 push ups and 35 sit ups. Determined to do that every day this week and start to increase things next week. Tired of being a slug!! Have to be ready for that run on Coronado in 3 weeks.
