Well, I've been a posting slacker! Where did I leave off?
I had a really lazy day yesterday. I finally went for a run around 4 pm. Did the home to Texas route, so about 4.2 miles. I didn't have too much umph in me, though.
Today I went to the gym. I'm excited because one weight lifting exercise I was finally able to do fully reps! I increased that weight a week or so ago and had to cut my later reps short. But now I'm there!
