Nothing to exciting to report from this coast. Pretty warm again. I went to the gym after work and it was good. Really busy there today! I did a 10 minute warmup on the elliptical and then did my normal weight lifting things.
Run is on the menu for tomorrow!

I didn't run this morning but I did clean all the bathrooms in the house and vacuum upstairs and down! Itching hand has bothered me all day but is better tonight since I started putting cortizone cream on it. Glad you had a good day at the gym.
