Hi! I had such a good weekend. Took yesterday off of running, though. I slept until 11! Slept till 10 this morning, I think. But I got a good six mile run in today. Felt great. Good thing it has been so cool or I would not have been able to go so late.
I've got some goals for this week. I'll report on them!
1. No pop
2. No eating out
3. No CANDY/dessert
4. Keep a food diary
5. Keep my calories under 2K/day
6. Run hills 3x this week
7. Run at 6 am rather then 6:30
It is time I get back on track!

Since I make my own soda, I give it a nod of health! But I'm with you on many other points. Except maybe those hills. Not sure how I would fare on that.
Always good to have a plan. And we know you can and will do it, too.
You would love the hills and the hills would love you, Bart! Join them....become one!
I like plans, I feel like it is good to have a map or a guide. Of course, sometimes I deviate from the course...which I'll report on in my post for the day!
