All caps tells you that it was amazingly cold! And it drizzled on me this morning! Oh well. The price we pay, right? Sounds like you are really getting punished by your weather too!!
I had a good run this morning with my giant headphones! It was good and fun, actually. And I didn't trip! And believe you me, I kept an eye out for the littlest pebble!
I didn't do pushups today because I can't put weight on my hands yet. One is black and blue and the other has a divot! But it's no big deal really (unless I want pity!) and I'm doing great!

Hard to believe it can be that cold out there. In July! Bet you looked super cool running in the giant headphones! Saw some people in the marathon with them on, too. Whatever works.
I rode the bike with "Bluegrass Goes To Town" this morning. It's an album with various artists doing well know songs in bluegrass style. Some are cool, some are not. But I got the ride done.
Maybe I should get earmuff headphones!
Well, getting it done is what counts - but good music sure makes a difference, as we both know!
