Well, my foot feels better! Is it because I've been stretching a bit? And I've not been wearing Birkinstocks since Sunday. I'm wondering if all their bumps and valleys are exacerbating the issue.
I did run today and it was good! I really left late and, actually, almost didn't go. I was just feeling lazy! But I was dressed and figured I'd give it a go. Better time then the last couple days, and that makes me really happy.
I did some pushups when I got home. Not a lot. But I'm back in the game!

I'm glad to hear your foot is feeling better. Mine is, too. In fact, I walked 2 miles this morning instead of riding the bike and never felt that "twinge" even once. I'm taking that as progress. Then I did the exercises when I got home. Another beautiful morning here after a big storm last evening. Major wind, thunder, lightning, but only 7/10's inch of rain in the gauge this morning. I was surprised it wasn't more than that. Haven't been out to look at the garden yet.
That's great news! I'm so glad your doing well. I bet it felt wonderful - physically and emotionally! - to be able to walk.
How was the garden when you went out? And, most importantly, how are the grapes??? And what kind are they? I never asked!
Mom says it has been pretty nice on the farm so you should be able to function outside for walks. I hope so, anyway!
The garden took another beating on Tuesday night. Especially the corn again. About a third of it is laying back down and that's where it will stay.
The grapes are Swenson Reds. Hardy. Developed by Ervin Swenson's cousin who was at the U of M.
Ah, cool! I didn't know that! I cannot wait to hear how they taste.
Well, dang about your corn. That stinks.
