Sometimes I just think of their song about 'runnin, runnin, runnin......' It is like my running theme song!
You know, I've been obsessively listening to the marathon album (which features the above mentioned song!) and it is probably time to branch out!
Good run this am - really nice morning. The temp was perfect. Just a tiny bit cool. Saw some of my waving friends, but not my favorite guy. Oh well! I also had a bit of a race with a tall guy and I did not wind up shamed!
Did the bands and abs when I got home. Then had a happy massage after work!
