Good Morning
I took another bike ride this morning and very little wind today so it was very pleasant. Easy actually. I should have done the 6 mile route but was late getting started. Anyway, I had a good ride. Passed Chris Schimdt both ways out for his morning run. I listened to the soundtrack from Shrek this morning. Haven't listened to that for a long time. It's 89 here already at 10 am so it's going to be hot and humid today. I have some gardening to do this afternoon but I'm waiting until it gets really warm! Have a good day!

I don't think I've ever listened to that soundtrack - or I don't recall ever having done so. So it was a long time ago if I have!
Amazing how our bodies respond, isn't it? You are already getting back into fighting shape!
It was really fun to see pictures of you riding your bike and playing catch. Much better then piddling around with that walking cast!
