Well, in the grand scheme of things, I did OK today. I did not run hills, I did not keep a food diary, and I have no idea about my calories! Here is what I ate today (this will be my diary!):
Oatmeal made with 1 c of milk
1 peach
1 turkey sandwich on ww (this was brought in by the office but they came in dry so I just put mustard on mine - turkey, 1 sliced of cheese, tomato (YES, I even ate it!!!), lettuce, and the previously mentioned mustard.
3 raw carrots
2 nectarines (so, so, so delicious)
Yellow beans - roasted
Carrots - roasted
2 Skinless chicken thighs marinated in Mom's Asian bbq sauce and roasted
1/3 C of ww couscous
So I think that is pretty good!
I had a really great run today and, frankly, I'm surprised. For some reason, I could not sleep at all last night. I think I got about 2.5 hours. But I magically managed to get up at 5, how I don't even know. And I did a six mile run this morning. Really enjoyable, truth be told.
And now I'm tired and broken and need to go to bed. Tomorrow is another day!

I did the bike ride again today and took Kenny Rogers with me today. Oldie, goldies. We've also been going for 15 minute walks after supper each night and I intend to continue that for a while. I'm going to DePere on Thursday so will be walking in the mornings over there instead of biking.
A bit better, but not by much. Not sure what is going on. Tonight must be the night! I know it!

Mom has mentioned your after dinner walks. Sounds like fun. Did you go tonight and was it lonely? Did you stick to 15?
Yes, I went again last night. Did 18 minutes.
