Seriously, how much caffeine was I drinking????? I've felt just terrible all day and I'm positive it is because I've been not drinking pop. But I mad it another day so it will just continue to get better!
I did run this morning, and it was really fun. Three miles again and I was a bit sore this AM so I can tell my body was getting lazy over the past week or so!
I did a lot of band stuff this morning too. All arm exercises. I really want to get my arms in shape. Guns!
No hills today. Just didn't feel it when lunch rolled around.
Good eating times again today. I picked up some dal last night at the FM and had that for dinner and it was soooo delicious.

What is dal? Have no clue what you're talking about? Thought it was a typo in the other post but see you spelled it the same here. So what is it?
I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and that's all the caffeine I get. Decaf at the office and diet coke without caffeine when I get home. When I cut down to that I had headaches for about 3-4 days until I adjusted.
Dal is an Indian lentil dish. Well, I should say "type of dish" because there are many ways it can be prepared. This one was very creamy and full of ginger and garlic. Love it.
I feel a lot today. Of course, I drank a ton of coffee!!

I think you don't love curry, right? Which I understand....I don't love turmeric! Most of the time, anyway. Well, dal doesn't always have curry in it but I think it CAN depending on the type. So you might not love it!
