I only ran about 1.7 miles today. And not because I was sore. Because I was looking for an excuse and I found one.
Today was cold and dreary and drizzly. I could have made it but will you believe that my left ear bud died? Hm.....maybe not the earphones. Could it be that the nano has a flaw and is shorting out the left bud? I'm pretty suspicious. This is NOT out of the blue....again. It was slowly dying but it happened a lot more quickly then last time. I am going to call Apple but I didn't get a chance today.
Anyway, that was the last straw. Rain, cold, stiff, and a dead ear bud? Spells home to me!
Don't know what I'll do tomorrow - I'll figure it out though. I did see your email, by the way. I'll do that tonight or tomorrow am. Thanks!

Hmmm.it does make you wonder. None of that stuff lasts forever. My iPod has been fine now for months. None of that stopping in the middle of a playlist like I was having last winter. It has been confusing albums titled "Greatest Hits" though so I've had to rename each of those albums to keep them separated.
Mom told me it was colder out there yesterday morning than it was here!
Weird, isn't it? To think of how frustrating that was - and is on my old, big iPod - and now, no problem at all!
Work has been insane, so I didn't call Apple again today. But I will before I plug in my new buds!
I am a hoarder, apparently, but it paid off! I realized last night that I had no headphones! And then I remembered that I thought I had a super old pair of giant Sony headphones. Like 10 years old! Low and behold, I had them! Not only did I have them, but I found them. That might be the real miracle in this story!! Anyway, giant but worked perfectly!
It has been freezing here. I wore a turtleneck today!!
