Good Morning

I did the 5 mile bike ride this morning. The last two mornings I have been inside walking on the TM because Thursday it was too windy and yesterday it was looking like rain. Nice to be back outside today. Cool morning but no wind. Listened to LeAnn Rimes. Did the push ups and sit ups when I got home so my day is off to a good start.

It is good to do cross-training, too. I think it is good for your muscles when you do different things!

I've been full of slack the last couple of days. Unless laying by the pool counts as exercise!

The weather here has finally quit raining. Therefore I'm outside too. With the carpet up I can't be on the TM. Ahhh, the wonders of nature - flooding! A little park not far from my home is all under water. It is about gone now though.
