Good Morning
Wow! 82 already this morning when I left the house! It's going be 90 or so today and the humidity is already steamy. I did the 5 mile bike ride and then my 45 push ups and 45 sit ups when I got home. Took the Beatles Red Album (all their # 1 hits) with me today. Kept me moving until they got to "Yesterday." LOL I'm going to Interstate Park today with the kids for some hiking, picnicing and swimming. Fun times abound!

Haha! I bet that thinking of a few yesterdays ago made your foot think it couldn't move!!
Sounds like a really busy and FUN day! I'm jealous! Was it busy at the park? And was the water warm?
Dang, you are getting some heat! We are not yet. It seems like its been really cool here so far this summer.
