Can we copyright this name do you think? I wonder how we do that if it's even possible. I'm thinking it would be a great name for a line of clothing and we could all become millionaires! Been thinking about this since I ordered that new sign for our race.

I just checked for the copyright on the government's website, located here, and it appears that there's nothing registered under FITNATICS.
I'm not 100% sure if you'd be more interested in a copyright or trademarking the name. I'm thinking the trademark might come first to secure the word/title, then a copyright would encompass the company and materials the company puts out.

I registered three URLs this evening. You now own:

http://www.fitnatics.org
and
http://www.thefitnatics.com
Sadly, someone has registered http://www.fitnatics.com, but I've set up an alert to let me know if it becomes available.
Once I get the DNS transfers all sorted out, they'll all point to this site, with those urls. There's a day or 2 waiting period for it to happen and I may have to go back and fine tune a couple of settings, but those domains are YOURS.
Once everything is trademarked, I bet you'll be ready to open shop!
