Day.....something or other!

Well, I'm on some kind of day with no pop. I've done well and I have decided to give myself a 30 day break and then I can start having it as a treat again.

Funny conversation the other day:

Bart: Your dad had a really good point on Fitnatics the other day.
Me: Yeah? What's that?
Bart: What the heck is wrong with pop?????????

I agree! And I miss it! But I'm really drinking more water!

I ran today - I didn't want to, but I did. I've just been feeling tired and lazy! You know, I do better when I'm on schedule. AKA: working. I guess I'm a regimented kind of person! When I have a schedule, I know what I'm doing and when I'm doing it! Takes the thought out of it.

Yes, schedules are good things even though we curse them most of the time. I need one, too, to keep myself on track.

Funny how I complain when I'm on schedule and then miss it when I'm off!
