I really, really didn't want to go out there and do it this morning but I did the Fitnatics 5K. I think I strained my back yesterday power washing the deck and today was the slowest 5K I think I've ever done. It doesn't hurt really but just feels strained. So I only did 50 pushups and situps this morning, too. Will go to work now and rest!

Oh, shoot! You need to give the manual labor a rest. How does the deck look though? Anyway, sorry to hear that. Ibuprofen to the rescue!
You did better than me today. I got dressed, went out, ran about a tenth of a mile and then called it good. Yep, I just came back home and went to work! Just very tired. I figured I'd run after work but I didn't feel any spicier!

The back was fine the rest of the day and is fine this morning. So just a temporary muscle strain I think.
Some days are like that! today will be better I'm sure.
