Wednesday Morning
Doing much better this morning and the run was better, too. Kind of foggy here this morning so that was fun to be out in that. Not really heavy but enough. No wind. 55. Very nice run. And it went much better than yesterday, too. Also did the full complement of pushups and situps today.
