Well, what an amazing turnaround! Absolutely beautiful today, even with the rain. And, actually, even the wind is fun!
I had a good 3 mile run this am. I then used your weights. the 10 pound ones. And I think maybe my 10# weights are more than 10. Because I'm really struggling with them. I wonder if that metal post in them weighs 5# or something.

10 lbs is 10 lbs. Same in Wisconsin as in California.
It was a gorgeous day though. I'll certainly agree with that!
