Getting Better! / 4 miles (hill)

Well, I guess I love this Texas route!  I did it again today and I'm just getting so much better at that hill.  It's really a happy thing.  I've been listening to music, so my pace was OK.  And I ran around 9 am so it wasn't too hot.  I have a meeting tomorrow at 9 and I know that one of the other participants has something else at 10 am, so I'll plan on running then.

I did pushups and ab stuff, too.

I am seeing results on the scale.  I really hesitated before weighing myself today.  It can just be soooo rage inducing and I hate to start my day like that!

Did you know that we're supposed to get 7 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day?  I really doubt I get that many.  Well, not true.  Green drink fixes that!  But, otherwise, no.  Especially vegetables!  Now I feel like I have to have a giant salad for dinner!

You're in great shape and getting better all the time if you're liking that Texas hill! Good for you. And happy to hear you're seeing results on the scale. Wish I could say the same.

7-9 servings? I thought it was 5-6? Anyway, I don't get that many either.

They keep bumping it up! So far today I've had one carrot as a vegetable. That's it! Well, I had some cucumbers, but I think those count as water - not veggies!
