Did the Fitnatics 5K run again today. Cool morning here. 52 when I left the house and much of the route still in the shade so I was glad to get out into some sun when I did. Gorgeous morning though.

This is so frustrating!
The new nike+ sensor arrived yesterday so I put it in the shoe and it took forever to link up. It finally did and it tested out fine. So, I thought I would give the old one another try and, sure enough, that one linked up, too, and seemed to work fine. So I left the old one in the shoe and ran with it this morning. It all worked just fine and recorded the run, etc. But, when I plugged the iPod into the computer, it didn't send the workout to the website. It said that it did but it didn't. So, I don't think the problem is with the sensor. I think the problem is with the last update to the iPod that Apple so graciously provided me. I now have several workouts on the iPod but not on the website and no way to get them there because the iPod says they have already been sent. I'm glad I keep my own little spreadsheet!!

Some progress to report. I found a way to send this morning's workout to the website. Pretty convoluted but it worked. Now I wonder what tomorrow will bring.
Well, that's great but I would be #$%!#@ about missing the upload on some of my runs! I like watching my color level go up!
