Good Morning

What a gorgeous morning! 4 miles around the block with a pace of 10.08 so I'm very pleased with that. And just another perfect morning to be out there.

And when I got home, you were up and at it! So glad you're here!

I'm glad I'm here too! It's been so much fun and I'm thrilled that I was able to come! What fun!

I've been sooo lazy and I forgot my running shoes! Geesh! I got a pair at walmart but I don't love them and I'm not sure I'll use them tomorrow.

Congrats on your great run. And race!!!
