I'm back at it this morning and all seemed to work just fine with the iPod and nike+ and all. I ran a 4 miler this morning and ran the whole thing without stopping, pausing, or walking. I've gotten into the habit of walking a little at the half way points but am trying to break it at least on these shorter runs of 4 miles and under. Nice morning for a run. 62, cloudy, and a little breeze. Perfect.

Let me tell you, I really missed you too! There is just something about sharing this part of my day with you that is so important to me! I had fun, but I'm glad I'm back!
Good for you on running through. Habits like that can be tough to break. Mine is that I always walk down hills when I run them. Run up, walk down. I really want to start running down because that is good training, too. Last time I ran hills (oh, must have been 50 years ago now!) I ran down twice. So I'm working on breaking a habit of my own!
