Holding Down the Fort
I'll do my best to hold down the fort while you're gone. (Wonder where that expression came from?) Anyway, I'm running the Fitnatics 5K route these days just to keep it simple. Pretty soon I'll have to up the mileage again to get ready for the Half in Ashland but, for now, short and simple is my goal. Christ Schmidt lapped me this morning! That show off!

You did a great job! I sure was sad when I realized I was not going to be able to post.
Huh, you know I'm not sure. I did a quick google but I don't trust the info I found. I'll keep looking and see if I can find the meaning.
