What a gorgeous morning we have here. Sunny, light breeze, 72 when I left the house. I ran around the 4 mile block this morning. No dogs again. Wonder if they've gotten rid of them? I carried my horn but didn't have to use it. Shucks. I wanted to blast them! Anyway, the run went fine and I ran the whole way without walking a step. Even up the hills. Then I did my routine of push ups and sit ups. I was good and sweaty when I was done and Mom wouldn't give me a hug! Imagine that!
I have worked up a training plan now for the Ashland half Angie and I are going to run on October 15th so I'm starting that plan today. Nothing too serious but it helps me keep on track and remember that there is a goal.

Those dogs will only come out again when you forget that horn! That's the way it works!
Sounds like a fantastic run! And a beautiful day. Good for you on pushing though and running it all.
I didn't know Ang was doing Ashland with you. That's fantastic! I sure hope her knee holds up. This is probably pretty motivating for her and having a partner will help a lot!
We are both excited about doing Ashland. And we're hoping Mom can go along to be our cheerleader.
