Did it again! I did have a good run this morning. I took it kind of easy. 1% incline and, for the first 20 minutes, I ran at 6.1. I finished the last 30 minutes up at 6.5. I ended up running 3 miles in 29ish minutes and I was at 3.11 at my 30 minute mark. So that was pretty good!
Then I did pushpus and abs. Remind me to show you my flutter kicks before I leave. Then you can torture yourself in a whole new way!!

Yeah, that's all I need - another way to torture myself.
You run fast! Wow! I've stuck to 5.0 at 2% and it still feels like work! But I did it again today.
I should stay off the scale, too, but I can't help torturing myself. So, no more cookies for me! Enough.
You run faster then me when it counts!
I just wrote in my journal this AM that I'm sliding down the slippery slope of snacking. Enough for me, too. I'm done!
I'm torturing myself by going to the gym with Ang today. The torture has already started, actually, as I set my alarm to get up at 7. ON VACATION!! Sheesh! I'll give you the rundown later.
