And boy can I feel that I did something different today! Ouch.
I ran 3.5 miles today. 3 miles at the 28:30 point and 3:17 at 30 minutes. Then I ran to 3.5ish slowing down. I did the last 10 minutes at 6.5 again today. I did the entire thing at a 1% incline.
And then the real fun started! We did a circuit training plan of hers. After each machine we ran 5 minutes. We started at 6.0 and ended at 6.7. So I bet I ran another .5 mile during that business.
I clearly have a lot of work to do on my abs.
It was fun - but I'm really sore!

Good for you! But I'm sure you're sore. That's quite a workout especially on top of what you had already done at home.
I did my thing this morning and all went fine. Wearing my new socks! Don't make the running any easier but I'm glad to have them. Thanks.
Well, shoot! I was gonna get some of those so I could finally run like the angel that we all know I am!
