Boy, did I run today! I made a new playlist and decided I would run for all of it. Turned out to be 4.44 miles of music!
I hit three miles at 29:19 and 4 miles at 38:21. Pretty good times. 1% incline today.
BEWARE!!! The treadmill is set to 0 incline. I was going to put it back to 2% but Mom was watching me! It was like she KNEW!

Oh, she does know! I had a good run this morning. Took Abba with me. iPod stopped after song 6 though. Restarted it and finished. It didn't freeze though. Sounds like tomorrow's exercise will be shoveling.
