Only cause I couldn't think of another name for my post!
Good run this morning. Three miles, 1% incline. I think my time was around 29:30, but I don't remember exactly.
I did the bands again today and I'm already hurting!! I really like those. I'll have bulging muscles soon!

I did the run and exercises this morning but it was work again today. I'm up 2 lbs so maybe that's why. Must have been the salad I had last night! Or it could have been the 10,000 cookies I've eaten the last week.
Stupid scale. I've decided not to weigh myself until one week after I get back to SD!
I'm eating 10,001 cookies tonight!
