Another slow one today! I really think it is because I've not been hitting the hills.
ABBA and I tried our best not to freeze this morning. It was SO very cold! So very cold. I checked myself for frostbite when I got home. BRRRR! Then I did pushups when I got home. Didn't want to but I did em. And then I did hills at lunch. Back to that!

Good morning. I'm taking the day off because I want to get back out to the shop and work on this project out there. Very cold here this morning! Only +12 at 7:30 when I got up! And it's snowing. Have an inch or so on everything and still coming down. Not expecting much more though. Have a good day.

It sure was cold here today - for San Diego, that is!
I had school today at 1 so I got up at 5 and did my regular weekday routine of running. Glad to get it done. I did abs, too.
