I've really been feeling not good (happy) and because of this I didn't run yesterday. And I didn't do homework! I read!! I just didn't have it in me.
Today I almost didn't get up. In fact, after my alarm went off I reset it till 7! And then I thought "Oh, my poor coffee....I'll just get up and drink it....." and I did. And then I thought "Oh, what the heck! I'll run!", so I did. And then I did pushups.
And I even ran hills at lunch. And I do feel a little better. Less hated by the world. See....exercise is good!

Yes, it is good. I'm sorry you are having such a tough time. Can anything else go wrong? I hope not.
I set the treadmill to 1.0 for an incline this morning and did the whole 30 minutes at that. It's not much I know but I could feel it in my legs by the time I was done. Will try to keep it there for a week or so and then up it a little more.
Keep running! It helps my attitude I know that.
I was just wondering the same thing this morning. And I decided yes, other things can go wrong. And, sadly, probably will go wrong.
I bet you could feel that! Good idea on the incline though. I am excited a bit to use the treadmill.
