Sore!

Well, I sure can tell I've not run hills for some time. I can really feel it tonight!

I didn't want to, but I got up this morning and ran. Didn't want to just because I was really tired. It is hard for me to go to bed right after school. Just takes some time to chill out!

Slow run this morning, but I've noticed that on my after school days. Then pushpus. Then hills at lunch. I only did 5 hills, not 7. I didn't want to break myself on my first day back!

When I do ab stuff, I do crunches and then I do the "bicycle". Here is an example (not of me!!):

And then I do flutter kicks. And then I do the plank. Seems to be helping!

I'll have to look up that post later because I'm running late here this morning. Did my running and exercises thought with Air Supply today. Now off to a busy day. Taking tomorrow off though because I worked on Monday. Looking forward to that. Have a good day.
