I did my running with our friend Barry this morning. Then the pushups and situps which are not getting easier and I don't understand that. Especially after this last month pulling weights nearly every day at Anytime. No improvement that I can feel.
BTW we're done at Anytime now and are not joining. At least not now. Mom didn't get there very often and I didn't feel like it did anything for me beyond what I'm already doing in the mornings.

I'm not sure why the abs and pushups are not getting easier. Maybe you need to do more?
I felt like you went pretty often but sometimes a gym just isn't worth it. You have found something that works for you and that is what counts!
