Hard...but done!

Not the running part. The getting up part. It has just been so difficult. Today I got up at 5:10 though. So, I am inching closer to my get up time.

Good run this am - still over 30 but it was 30:04 so getting there. Then ab stuff. And I'm up a pound! Sigh. No hills at lunch. I had a follow up with the beta blocker doctor - which was totally fine.

So, that was my day! Home from school at 9:45. Early so that is great!

That's early? You poor kid! I'm having long days this week, too. Two funerals coming. Friday at 11:00 am for a 23 year old woman who shot and killed herself (granddaughter of members but I never knew the girl). Then on Saturday at 11:00 am for Rodney Leisch who fell off his roof Sunday afternoon (cleaning snow off his satellite dish) and died yesterday. Unreal. And right after Alora Breault. Unbelievable month here.

I did the running this morning and checked the incline first so it was a good workout. I needed to do this to help with my stress level!

Have a good day.

I'm so sorry to hear about this! How terrible - the poor families. I can imagine your stress level is operating at 127%

Funny how running can help us through this stuff. Naturally, the day you check the incline is the day it is all set!!

You are in my thoughts.
