I've been meaning to tell you that I did NOT lose five extra pounds! But I do have goal for Christmas.
Goal 1: Run every day with two days off. I do not know which two days I'll take off, but I do want to make sure I run and do not slack!
Goal 2: Weigh in every day and make sure I'm staying in my 130 range.
Goal 3: NO eating cookies alone! I tend to do this....do I think the calories do not count if nobody sees?!?!

Nope. Not me either. But I'll be happy to eat cookies with you! Sounds like you have a good plan. I will not run on Christmas Day for sure. Too much other fun to be had that morning!
Glad I'll have a date then!!
