Well, shoot! I did not realize that I went missing in action that long! Most sincere apologies all around!
Hm....OK, Wednesday I walked at lunch with J and it was great. We did the hilly walk. Then I did not exercise after work, but I met one of my friends for coffee. It was really fun and just as important as exercise, I think.
Thursday I rode my bike to Balboa. I met some pals there and we watched The Parent Trap, which was their movie under the stars. It was fun.
Friday I totally slacked!
Saturday I took the bike ride of doom! I told you about that and about "the hill".
Today I jogged three miles, and it felt great!
Eating....well, I've not been doing so good with that over the past week. I don't know why. I'm going to blame the moon. One thing I have noticed is that when I eat prepared foods my joints really hurt. And I don't mean having something frozen on one day, but if I eat prepared foods over a couple of days. I wonder if it is the sodium? As someone who has thought the fight against sodium is a government conspiracy, it just kills me to say that!!

Hmmm, that's strange about the food and the joints. Wonder what that's all about. But I know from the last two weeks that it's hard to care about cooking when you're the only one to eat it. I was preparing a meal and then eating it for 3 nights!
Yeah, I like to cook but it is difficult when cooking for one. Some of it is that it is that it seems like a lot of effort and I am usually tired by that point of the day. Some of it is that I just hate the fact that it might go to waste. That is really why I have quit baking. I am not going to/don't want to eat an entire cake/pan of brownies/batch of cookies. So if I don't eat it all a lot will get throw out.
