and nearly died in the process. Too damn hot to be walking at 4:30 in the afternoon. But we did it. Then we had a nice taco salad for supper which Mom had ready to go when we got home. Not too exciting but that's the report for today.
I imagine the taco salad was nice and cool and crisp!
I am sorry to hear that it has been so hot and humid. Really takes the joy out of going for a walk. And walking on the treadmill is fine but gets boring (I think!).
I imagine if you could get a good occluded front to come through the rain would help a lot.
