Worked too hard this weekend for an old man! And ate too much, too. Up 1 lb this morning so have to get back on track today. Now, have 13 lbs to lose to reach my goal.
They say that one of the big problems of changing your eating habits is that people have a bad eating day (or meal) and then decide "forget it! I have already ruined the entire thing!" So, I think it shows you are that you are really committed and understand the process because you realize that you ate too much and rather then being super upset you are just going to get back on the horse. As opposed to eating the horse!
