No Walk Today
Just didn't have time. But I've eaten healthy so that's good. Could have walked after supper but I had to water the garden so got that done instead. Dry here again and we need rain but none in sight they say. So it's up to me to do Mother Nature's job for her. Still have to lose 12 lbs to reach my goal. Seem to be on another plateau here at the moment.

You are doing an amazing job! You say "another plateau" so I imagine you have hit the wall at least once so far. What did you do to work through it last time? It is frustrating because when you first start the weight seems to melt away. It is only later that it becomes so much work!

Thanks for your kind words! Yes, I seem to hit a plateau every once in a while. Just kind of stay where I am for days and then it starts going down again. But I'm determined to lost these last few pounds.
