A good day

I rode my bike to work again today. It is getting hot so I am pretty moist by the time I arrive at work! I skipped the gym again tonight and got together with my girlfriend to take a really fun, beautiful, and peaceful nature walk. It was none to strenuous but we walked for over an hour. It was a good time. But I will be going to the gym tomorrow for sure.

Eating was healthy today. Here is a picture of my dinner:
This was a spicy little stir-fry which was made with brown rice, carrots, yellow pepper, snap peas, water chestnuts, and mandarin oranges. Pretty darn yummy, if I do say so myself! And I do!

I will probably have some melon before I hit the hay. Actually , probably not since I am really tired right now!

I haven't had a chinese anything since I started this business. I use to go to Panda King for lunch once a week. Miss that. Love stir fry stuff. And will have it again once in a while after I reach my goal. I don't like that brown rice though! Mom pushes that on me every once in a while and I eat very little of it. Have a good day.

I made the switch to brown rice many years ago, so I have adjusted. I still love minute rice, though! Have you ever tried soba noodles? I actually prefer to have my stir fry with those. They are yummy, healthy, and have a solid amount of fiber. But this stir fry was really healthy so maybe you can try something with similar with noodles.
