Good Run
Hot run, though! I didn't get out till around 10:30 am and it was HOT. The really good thing is that I was very sweaty when I got back, not salty and crusty. So I'm well hydrated!
My left heel has been bothering me a lot. I hated walking on it yesterday. Until it would warm up! I think maybe it's a pair of my everyday shoes. They're out!

Glad you had a good run.
I'm off today. Right foot is really bothering me this morning. Even woke me up twice during the night. Change in weather I guess. We had rain and thunder storms off and on all night and there is 1.9 inches in the rain gauge this morning. I never believed all those people who could tell the weather by their arthritic joints but I'm becoming a believer now. Took ibuprophen and it is getting better.
