Back on the road
I do go out this morning and managed to run 1.6 miles again. The arthritis in my right foot bothered me bad all weekend. I did manage a 1 mile walk on Saturday but that was it for the weekend. Yesterday, it hurt all day even living on ibuprphen. Then the rain moved in last night and it's somewhat better this morning. I could feel it while running but not bad like yesterday. This seems to be the new story of my life and I don't like it.

I wouldn't like it either. But I'll probably get to find out for sure firsthand (firstfoot?) someday!
Sure am sorry about it. The worst part is that there's not something you can do - or stop doing - to fix it. That's frustrating.
