Gym day

Good day at the gym. Pretty busy when I got there. But I was still able to use all my equipment and get my goals done. It was a good trip. I increased some of my weights. That's a good sign! Although the increased weight meant I did fewer bicep curls. But I'll build back up to 12 per arm per set. And then when I'm back at 12/, I'll go up to a higher weight! I can't wait for this audiobook I'm listening to to be over. It's OK, but not amazing. And I'm super ready to move on. I still have a couple hours left. I'm about to get into a giant vampire fight so maybe my heroine will stop whining and actually use her magical powers. If I found out I was basically a superhero, I would not whine about it. I'd superpower EVERYWHERE and all the time!!

I'm thinking about going back to the gym but think I will need a consultation and someone to give me a routine to follow. I need to be programmed! The stuff I was doing last fall seems so minimal to me now.
