I did take yesterday (Saturday) off after my all day adventure underneath Car '54 on Friday. Then last night the weather changed on us again. Big rain storm just after dark (1.9 inches in the rain gauge this morning) and much cooler today. Only 50 and very windy this morning so I opted for 2 miles on the TM. It went well but the TM said 1.9 miles and my Nike+ said 2.01. I wonder if this TM can be calibrated like you can do with the Nike+. I think the Nike+ is right because it's spot on with the Garmin watch when I use both outside.
Mom has been walking on the TM every day this week and this is now the 3rd time I've used it to run and it seems to be just fine. So thank you Carl and Diane!

Hm....I wonder if it can be calibrated. I've never considered that. the other thing to consider, though, is that your gait may be a little different on the treadmill and maybe that accounts for the difference.
Boy, I suppose it would be a giant pain to take that thing outside and plug it it and run with the garmin, yeah? Oh, wait. That wouldn't work. The garmin wouldn't think you went anywhere. Hey, it's late and clearly time for bed!

I'm seeing double! Yes, I know my gait is different inside than it is outside. TM keeps a steady pace and outside I don't.
